Our shipping policy is designed with our unique, strategic and well designed supply chain in mind and therefore aims to deliver our best service and your order delivered at the fastest time possible, best cost possible on time and in full at the right quality.

 

Note: to initiate a return, exchange, or refund request you need to email us on concerns@homebrush.com attaching your original invoice, detailed reason for request and we will be in touch with you swiftly to help.

 

Company Policy note: We charge for the delivery of our products to your locations whenever and wherever for a delivery charge you pay to the Delivery team. The delivery teams are our Logistical service providers and the money paid is for the effort they do in taking full high quality care of your order until it is in your hands.

 

We do offer free delivery for order above 50BHD depending on the type of item size and weight and location noted below. We do offer free delivery for special promotions and celebrations which is always announced on our site!

  1. Through our built in online ordering system your delivery is processed via the information you put in detail as shown by the fill in your details page. For security concerns read our Privacy policy and terms of service.
  2. Once you have clicked checkout your order is processed within 24 hours from the time you clicked checkout till your product is bring prepared.
  3. You will receive an automatic invoice detailing fully your purchase items, your payment, delivery charges, method of payment, details and expected time of delivery. This fully confirms your order and delivery.

  5. Your online invoice and order confirmation is your receipt and record of purchase and because we are eco-friendly and committed to sustainable business processing it will remain an electronic invoice and it is what the delivery team will use to confirm the order and location and amount payable once your order is at your door.
  6. The invoice and order reference number/code on your order confirmation is very important and you should show it to the delivery team and use it in case of you have a concern with us to know your order details.
  7. If you chose to pay online then your payment will take 2 days to process and for us to receive and your lovely order will reach you within 3 days from the day of payment if you have bought a product that is In Stock and ready to dispatch with the code (ISRD).
  8. If you chose to pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) your lovely order will be at your door within 3 days from the day you confirmed your order on our website and clicked checkout if you have bought a product that is In Stock and ready to dispatch with the code (ISRD) ‘Our delivery team will collect the cash once you receive your order at your door at the same time in full’.
  9. Our supply chain is unique and therefore different product groups have different logistical systems to serve all your needs on time and in full. Below are the details of what you should expect regarding shipping and logistics when purchasing a variety of products from us, the listed codes below are important they determine the related shipping system:

If you have bought and ordered a product that is custom made by our creators (CMP) and Home Brush (HBMP), bespoke (BP), preordered item (POP) or an item that is limited edition (LEP), one of piece (OFPP) through online payment we offer on our website your payment will be processed in 2 days and you will get your lovely order within 7 working days from the day your order is confirmed and your payment is processed. Please read our Return and Exchange policy for details about buying bespoke items as described above with the codes in this paragraph.

 

Note: We create these products from scratch just for you and simply via an ecommerce platform this unique service will require time and therefore even though the product is custom made, bespoke and limited edition you will receive your order in 7 days which is the fastest bespoke service in the market.

  1. If you have bought and ordered a product that is custom made by our creators (CMP) and Home Brush (HBMP), bespoke (BP), preordered item (POP) or an item that is limited edition (LEP), one of piece (OFPP) through cash on delivery (COD) you will get your lovely order within 7 working days from the day you confirm your order and click checkout.   2. In rare cases you receive a damaged product please review the Return and Exchange policies in detail.
  3. Note: After receiving the goods via delivery, if you didn’t like the product please return it immediately with the receipt and packaging intact and pay the delivery charge to reserve the hard earned right of the delivery team.
  4. If you have bought a product that is In Stock and ready to dispatch with the code (ISRD) and would like to return, exchange or refund according to our Return and Exchange policy the delivery charge paid to the delivery team for delivering the item to your address has to be paid according to the pricing classification above.
  5. In addition MASS Electronic Retail reserves the right to deduct BHD 10 in total as a shipping charge for return and refund pickup and the remaining will be refunded in case of a refund under the conditions listed in the Return and Exchange policy.
  6. For exchanges as per the exchange rules and guidelines meeting the listed requirements in the Return and Exchange policy, the delivery team will exchange your item 3 days after you confirm the new product you will exchange the old product with (the exchange will happen at the same time as the delivery is done when you receive the new order, here you must pay the delivery fees charged) you must also pay the remaining value if the product you exchanged with has a higher price.
  7. Note: this will be noted in your electronic invoices.
  8. For returns as per the return rules and guidelines meeting the listed requirements in the Return and Exchange policy, via the policy noted above once you have contacted us with the reason and we have investigated the reason we will send the delivery team to pick it up, examine it and you will have to pay the pickup fees as per the original delivery charge as it is the same item. This process will take 7 business days including the time it takes to refund you the cash if you paid online/ if you opted for cash on delivery you will receive your cash at the same time.
  9. As per our Return and Exchange policy if want a refund for an item you bought via credit card and other online payment methods are only refundable via transfer only to your credit card account minus the bank transfer charges and minus the total delivery charges.
  10. Should you wish to get refunded, exchange or buy a new product after you have returned your purchase then the details above here within and below fully apply accordingly.

Company Policy Note: If the returned, exchanged product has slight scratch, damage, soiling MASS Electronic Retail Company will take a restocking fee of 15% of the payable final amount, which will be deducted while making exchange or return. These conditions are fully noted in our Return and Exchange policy.

Company policy notice: Once the order is received, if the customer has not liked the product, please return it to the delivery team immediately, if not we will minus 20% from the payable amount due and the remaining balance amount will be given to the customer in the same minute to avoid disruption and inconvenience. Company Policy Note: please make sure that your location is accurate, you are there to receive the order, and help the delivery team to bring your order indoors, the delivery team will deliver it to your door only the rest is up to you. Should require extra help fixing something a charge is applied. Make sure your staircases, entrances; rooms are easy to access to deliver the order to your door easily if you are not on the ground level.
