When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as but not limited to your name, address and email address, phone number.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system which wont be seen by any employees only stored in the processor which is part of the global internet system.
With your permission, we will send you emails about our store, new products and other updates, should you subscribe to our newsletter and blog your information will only be used by the system to allow you to receive our creative and informative posts, press releases, offers, discounts and new product releases, company updates that will keep you up to date and make your life easier.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, or simply choose cash on delivery and confirm your order electronically we imply that you consent to us collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Our store is a custom-built ecommerce store and hosted on a robust international server. They provide us with the online e-commerce hosting service that allows us to sell our products and services to you with the highest quality, security and service possible.
Your data is stored through Home Brush’s data storage, databases and the general Home Brush’s ecommerce platform by MASS Electronic Retail Company. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall that is highly guarded and will not allow unwanted identities to view the data.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then the server system stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted making you safe and happy.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like but not limited to, PayTabs, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
If you purchase our creative products through Cash on Delivery (COD) your information is secured through our online information security system shown by the secure lock symbol when you access the website.
Your home address, mobile number, name, purchase details and other related invoice will only be used until you safely receive your order and we receive the rightful payable billed amount after that we only use your email to send you the best offers under your consent shown in the consent section above. Your information is only used for the purpose of delivery and then removed from the system. This applies to your custom made, pre-ordered orders as well where we will fully safeguard your information until the custom made order is in your hands after it is made just for you.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us and in the end to make you get the product you loved at your doorstep safely and quickly.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways, 3rd Party Logistics service providers and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers whom we have no control over, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us.
